Shipping Policy
SBC apparel and gear are sold for in-gym pickup at 1708 Hayes Dr, Manhattan, KS. We do not ship at this time. To arrange pickup outside member hours, text Pat at (785) 477-2710.
Refund Policy
Memberships are month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and the next charge will not be processed. Pro-rated refunds are not issued for the current month. Unworn apparel can be exchanged in-gym within 14 days.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to operate the gym and contact you about your membership: name, email, phone, payment method, and access logs. We do not sell your data. Member management runs on GymMaster. Email runs on Google Workspace. Analytics, if enabled, anonymizes IP. To request your data or deletion, email Patrick@sbcmhk.com.
Terms of Service
Membership at SBC MHK is granted to the named individual only. Member fobs are not transferable. Misuse, sharing access, or unsafe behavior is grounds for termination without refund. Use of the facility is at your own risk. By signing up you affirm you are physically fit to train and you assume responsibility for your training decisions.
